Role Objective:

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who can work across both frontend and backend development to build, enhance, and maintain reliable web applications. The role involves developing new features, integrating APIs, working with databases, improving application performance, and collaborating with the technical and business teams to deliver quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Application Development:

Develop responsive, user-friendly, and scalable web applications across both frontend and backend using modern development technologies.

Frontend & Backend:

Build and maintain frontend interfaces using technologies such as React.js, Angular, Vue.js, JavaScript, or TypeScript, along with backend applications using Node.js, PHP, Python, Java, .NET, or equivalent technologies.

API & Database Integration:

Develop and integrate RESTful/GraphQL APIs and third-party services, while working with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or equivalent technologies.

Performance & Security:

Identify and resolve technical issues, improve application speed and reliability, and follow secure coding practices for authentication, data protection, and access control.

Testing & Code Quality:

Write clean and maintainable code, perform necessary testing and debugging, participate in code reviews,



and follow development standards and documentation practices.

Deployment & Maintenance:

Support application deployment, updates, and ongoing maintenance across development and production environments. Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, Docker, or cloud platforms will be an advantage.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with UI/UX, QA, product, and business teams to understand requirements, develop practical solutions, and deliver projects within expected timelines.

Technical Skills & Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.

Frontend: Good hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and any modern framework such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.

Backend: Experience with any one or more technologies such as Node.js, PHP, Python, Java, or .NET.

Database: Positive understanding of MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar databases.

API: Experience in REST APIs, third-party integrations, and backend services.

Tools & Practices: Working knowledge of Git, debugging, testing, deployment, and software development best practices.

Additional Advantage: Exposure to AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, CI/CD, GraphQL, application security, or performance optimisation will be an added advantage.

Candidate Profile: Good problem-solving ability, ownership of assigned work, willingness to learn, and the ability to work effectively with technical and cross-functional teams.
