Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

* Explain our training courses and services clearly.

* Convert enquiries into admissions/clients.

* Follow up with interested candidates and clients regularly.

* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

* Handle customer queries professionally and provide the right guidance.

* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Required Skills

* Minimum 6 months of experience in Telesales, Telecalling, Inside Sales, Customer Support, or Business Development.

* Fluency in Tamil (Mandatory).

* Basic to positive communication skills in English.

* Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
