Key Responsibilities:

- Provide IT support to users across production, office, warehouse, and other departments.
- Maintain computers, servers, printers, scanners, network devices, and other IT assets.
- Monitor and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, internet, and system connectivity issues.
- Support ERP/MRP, production, inventory, attendance, and other business applications.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware, software, networking, and AMC services.
- Maintain IT asset records, software licenses, backups, and documentation.
- Ensure data security, antivirus protection, access control, and regular backups.
- Support CCTV, biometric/attendance systems, barcode systems, and shop-floor IT infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot system and application issues with minimum production downtime.
- Assist in implementing digitalization, automation, and IT improvement projects.
- Maintain IT policies, SOPs, and cybersecurity practices.
- Provide technical support during recent system installations and upgrades.
