Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior QA Tester with 1 - 2 years of experience in manual software testing. The role involves testing web applications, preparing and executing test cases, reporting defects, and collaborating with development teams to ensure product quality. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will work directly with US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing of web applications.
- Prepare and execute test cases based on project requirements.
- Identify, document, and track bugs and issues.
- Retest resolved issues and ensure the fixes meet requirements.




- Work closely with developers and project teams to ensure product quality.
- Communicate directly with US-based clients to understand requirements, feedback, and issues.
- Provide regular updates on testing progress and project status.

Required Skills

- 12 years of experience in Manual Software Testing/QA.
- Good understanding of SDLC and STLC.
- Knowledge of test case preparation, execution, and bug reporting.
- Excellent communication skills are mandatory.
- Good client-handling and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable communicating with US clients.
- Willingness and ability to work in US night-shift timings.
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
