The AI Solution Practice Coordinator role supports the end-to-end operations of the AI Solution practice, facilitating collaboration across multiple teams and units in India. The position aims to ensure seamless coordination and effective execution of AI initiatives within the organization.
What candidate is needed
- Foundational knowledge of artificial intelligence concepts and technologies.
- Experience with AI operations, AI tools.
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills to engage with senior leadership globally.
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage complex workflows.
- Aptitude for driving alignment and consensus among diverse stakeholders.
- Past experience with managing operations for big accounts / programs with a focus on operational consistency and risk mitigation
- Proven ability to work with both Local and global leaders and diverse cross-functional teams toward unified objectives
- Skilled in navigating and resolving stakeholder conflicts through strategic negotiation and communication
- Adept at implementing governance frameworks and drive operational excellence
- Passionate about leveraging AI technologies to enhance delivery and innovation
- Experience in establishing and maintaining Sr leader Reports and Dashboards
- Must have experience with process improvement/ automation
- Experience of JIRA project,
Board and workflow management, Dashboard and queries
- Experience of Advance XLS, PowerBI, Power Automate
What candidate will do
- Manage AI Solution practice operations
- Manage operational activities and processes for the AI Solution practice.
- Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration to align goals and streamline processes
- Facilitate transparent communication channels and regular status reporting between internal teams and external stakeholders
- Facilitate engagement and alignment with senior leaders on AI initiatives.
- Manage ambiguity and multitasking to manage / run key calls with multiple stakeholders, across multiple programs/initiatives.
- Monitor progress and report on key performance indicators related to AI practice operations.
- Support the integration of AI knowledge into practice workflows and deliverables.
- Identify and address operational challenges to ensure smooth practice functioning.
- Define scope, objectives, and success criteria for initiatives during initiation and planning phases
- Monitor ongoing AI initiatives to ensure compliance with service level agreements and contractual obligations
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks impacting program outcomes and stakeholder expectations
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by incorporating feedback and optimizing operational workflows
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports
