Designation: Site Inspector (Office + Site)

Job Location: Chennai (Nungambakkam)

About the Role:

This role involves conducting on-site property valuations across Chennai, supporting accurate report preparation, and ensuring timely delivery of valuation assignments. The candidate will work closely with internal teams and contribute to smooth execution of Housing, LAP, and SME valuation cases.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct site visits to inspect residential, commercial, and SME properties
- Verify property details against legal documents such as Sale Deeds and approved plans
- Perform basic measurements and validate property boundaries using FMB sketches
- Assess property condition, features, and surrounding infrastructure
- Estimate land value and construction cost based on site observations and market data
- Collect market intelligence through field research and interactions with brokers/local agents
- Compare Government Guideline Values with prevailing market rates




- Prepare and submit accurate valuation reports within defined timelines (TAT)
- Coordinate with internal teams for clarification, documentation, and report finalization
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and client requirements

Candidate Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 1 - 5 years of experience in property valuation, site engineering, or technical assessment
- Basic understanding of valuation for Home Loans, LAP, or SME segments
- Familiarity with property documents, measurement techniques, and valuation concepts
- Ability to travel for site visits across assigned locations
- Positive communication skills in English and Tamil
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to work in field-based roles
