- Source and attract top talent for IT positions through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for permanent staffing roles.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with a shortlist of potential candidates.
- Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in IT recruitment or related field.
- Solid understanding of domestic staffing industry trends and market demands.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.
- Proficiency in using technology-based tools for sourcing, screening, and tracking candidate applications.
