- Strong understanding of O2C processes including order creation, ATP, shipping, billing, credit checks, and pricing procedures.
- Experience with SD/FI and SD/MM integrations and cross module dependencies.
- Knowledge of master data (customer, material, pricing, credit), IDocs, outputs, and common SD troubleshooting steps.
AI Ready Skills
- Hands on experience using AI copilots, automated documentation tools, and AI assisted testing/analysis tools.
- Ability to integrate pre built AI capabilities (not developing custom LLMs or agentic systems) into SD process flows.
- Understanding of responsible AI usage and limitations, especially in commercial workflows.

- Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities in O2C scenarios.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable SAP SD configurations.
