We are seeking a motivated Business Analyst specializing in Okta Identity and Access Management (IAM) to join our team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions by gathering requirements, managing stakeholder communications, and creating comprehensive documentation to support our security and access management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with technical teams and business units to gather, analyze, and translate business needs into detailed technical requirements for IAM/Okta implementation.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to ensure project goals, timelines, and deliverables are clearly understood and aligned.
- Documentation: Prepare thorough business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, process workflows, and user documentation.
- Data & Presentation: Leverage Microsoft Office tools to create clear analytical reports, presentations, and process maps for project updates and management reviews.

Mandatory Requirements:

- Strong interest and demonstrated capability in Business Analysis, requirement gathering, and process documentation.
- Solid understanding or foundational knowledge of Okta and Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts.
- Proven experience in stakeholder coordination and cross-team collaboration.

Technical & Tool Skills:

- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite:
- Excel: For data analysis and reporting.
- Word: For drafting structured documentation and reports.
- PowerPoint: For creating impactful stakeholder presentations.

- High analytical ability with robust reading comprehension to quickly interpret and break down complex business requirements.

Soft Skills
