Role & responsibilities

- Create creative and professional visual content for hospital branding, marketing, internal communication, and promotional activities.
- Design creatives for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital channels.
- Develop posters, brochures, flyers, standees, banners, hoardings, certificates, presentations, and other marketing materials.
- Create designs for health awareness campaigns, medical events, doctor promotions, hospital services, and special occasions.
- Maintain consistency in the hospital's brand identity, colour palette, typography, logos, and visual guidelines.
- Work closely with the Branding, Marketing, HR, Medical, and Operations teams to understand design requirements.
- Develop creative concepts and visual themes for hospital campaigns and promotional initiatives.
- Edit and enhance photographs, doctor profiles, hospital images, and other visual assets as required.
- Create basic video creatives, reels, animations, and motion graphics for digital marketing campaigns.




- Ensure all designs contain accurate medical information, doctor names, designations, dates, contact details, and other relevant content.
- Manage multiple design requests simultaneously and ensure timely delivery of creatives.
- Coordinate with external printing vendors, photographers, videographers, and other creative agencies when required.
- Maintain an organized digital library of design files, photographs, brand assets, and templates.
- Stay updated with current design trends, social media formats, and healthcare marketing practices.
- Ensure all creative materials follow hospital branding standards and professional healthcare communication guidelines.
