Roles & Responsibilities Visual Merchandising

- Follow Brand Guidelines: Execute visual merchandising standards as per Marks & Spencer guidelines to maintain a consistent and premium store appearance.
- Store Displays: Set up and maintain store displays in line with brand standards, ensuring products are presented attractively and appropriately.
- Product Presentation: Arrange products strategically to improve visibility, accessibility, and the overall customer shopping experience.
- Mannequin Styling: Style mannequins according to brand guidelines and seasonal fashion directions to showcase the latest collections.
- Store Dcor: Create and maintain high-quality window displays and in-store decorations based on seasonal themes, campaigns, and brand requirements.
- Sales Data Analysis: Review sales performance and product trends to identify opportunities for improving product placement and driving sales.
- Customer Understanding:



Ensure the store presentation reflects the target customer profile and remains consistent with the brand's image.
- Equipment & Tools: Effectively use visual merchandising tools and equipment required for display setup, styling, and store decoration.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with store teams and the Visual Merchandising Manager to ensure consistent execution of brand standards.
- Process Adherence: Follow established visual merchandising procedures and guidelines to maintain store standards and presentation quality.
- Marketing Displays: Execute promotional and marketing displays within the store as per campaign and business requirements.
- Store Management Updates: Conduct regular daily and weekly discussions with the Store Management team regarding visual displays, execution, and improvement areas.
- Weekly Floor Walks: Conduct weekly store floor walks with Store Managers to identify areas for improvement and recommend visual merchandising changes to enhance customer engagement and sales.
