nAbout the Role:
nYou will be responsible for preparing litigation strategy, handling recovery related cases and all service-related litigations filed by customers against the Bank.
nKey Responsibilities:
n· Advisory: Advisory on banking products and services (loans & advances, deposits and others) Advise on all aspects of corporate, banking and financial laws and practice, product development, strategy, policies and processes. Advise on corporate strategies.
n· Critical Analysis:



Critical analysis of applicable change in law and consequent risk assessment and
nimpact thereof on bank's businesses. Critically analyse legislative efforts and offer recommendations.
n· Draft and Review Documents: Drafting, reviewing and negotiation of documents relating to various financial services offered to customers. Drafting, reviewing and negotiation of technology related arrangements.
n· Prepare litigation strategy.
n· Respond to legal notices and customer complaints.
nKey Skills:
n· Education Qualification: LLB Degree (5 years Integrated Course – Preferably top National Law
nUniversities)
n· Experience: 5 to 9 years in Banking/Law Firm
n· Understanding of Banking Principles: Conceptual clarity on basic banking principles and application thereof
n· Ability to advice on various facets of law. Person should have valuable knowledge across all fields of law and should be aware of latest
