Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist. The specialist will plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms to promote Beacon 360’s brand, services, and thought leadership in revenue cycle management. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media calendars, crafting posts, designing or coordinating visual assets, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns based on data.



The role involves collaborating with marketing and consulting teams to translate complex healthcare revenue concepts into clear, compelling messages and participating in digital campaigns that support lead generation and brand awareness. The specialist will also respond to audience engagement, stay current with platform trends, and ensure all content aligns with brand voice and industry regulations.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation, with experience managing professional brand accounts.
Proficiency in Digital Marketing and Marketing, including campaign planning, analytics, and audience targeting.
Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and adapt tone for different platforms.
Experience using social media and analytics tools (e.g., LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, scheduling platforms, and reporting dashboards).
Ability to work independently in a remote environm
