Uddaan follows evidence-based practices and a child-centered approach, working closely with families to create individualized therapy plans that foster long-term growth and development.
Role Description The Paediatric Occupational Therapist will provide assessment and treatment for children with diverse developmental, sensory, and motor challenges in an in office clinical setting in Kolkata. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting standardized and clinical evaluations, developing individualized therapy plans, and delivering OT sessions focused on sensory integration,



fine and gross motor skills, activities of daily living, and school readiness. The role involves collaborating with caregivers, educators, and other professionals to support the child’s functional participation at home, school, and in the community. The therapist will maintain accurate documentation, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as needed. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring consistent engagement with children and their families.
Qualifications

Strong foundation in Occupational Therapy, including paediatric OT principles and evidence-based intervention methods.
Knowledge of Pediatrics and child development, with experience working with conditions such as Autism, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, and learning disabilities.
