Role Description The Senior Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based at the Jalgaon production facilities. The Senior Executive will oversee day-to-day operations, including coordination between production, quality,



and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of specialty chemicals and analytical products. This role involves monitoring key performance indicators, supporting implementation of process improvements, and ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards. The Senior Executive will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, prepare reports and documentation for management, and assist in planning and executing initiatives that support productivity, cost optimization, and customer satisfaction. The position also includes mentoring team members, troubleshooting operational issues, and contributing to continuous improvement projects driven by R&D; and application teams.
