Role Description The Director of Performance Marketing is a full-time, in office role based in our kochi office.responsible for leading data-driven marketing initiatives that drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. This role oversees the planning, execution, and optimization of performance campaigns across digital channels, including paid search, paid social, display, video, and other measurable media.



Day-to-day responsibilities include developing performance marketing strategies, managing budgets, setting KPIs, analyzing campaign data, and reporting results to leadership. The Director will collaborate closely with creative, sales, and production teams to align messaging, test new approaches, and ensure campaigns support broader business objectives. The role also involves mentoring marketing team members, managing external agencies or partners, and staying current on industry trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications

Strong skills in Market Planning and Marketing Management to design, implement, and oversee integrated performance marketing strategies.
