Role Description The Owner role at OP Toons Production is a full-time, in office position based in the Pune District. The Owner oversees overall business strategy, studio operations, and project pipelines across 3D animation and mobile game development. Daily responsibilities include guiding creative direction, managing key client relationships, making decisions on budgeting and resource allocation, and ensuring projects meet quality and delivery expectations. The role involves leading and mentoring cross-functional teams, setting performance goals, and fostering a collaborative, inclusive work culture. The Owner also drives business development, explores new market opportunities, and represents the studio in external partnerships and industry events.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in leading or managing a creative or production studio, preferably in 3D animation or game development.
Strong business management skills, including strategic planning, budgeting,



resource management, and performance tracking.
Understanding of 3D animation workflows, mobile game production cycles, and related tools or technologies.
Proven ability to manage client relationships, negotiate contracts, and support long-term partnerships.
Excellent leadership, team-building, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to guide multidisciplinary teams.
Experience in marketing, brand positioning, or business development in creative or tech industries is beneficial.
Ability to make data-informed decisions, manage multiple projects concurrently, and maintain high-quality standards under deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Animation, Game Design, Media, or a related field; equivalent experience is also considered.
