Role Description The Salesperson role at ALSTOMERIA is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhadrak. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying potential customers, presenting products and services, and closing sales to meet or exceed targets. Daily tasks include visiting clients, conducting product demonstrations, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities. The role also involves building and sustaining strong customer relationships, handling inquiries,



and providing after-sales support. The Salesperson will collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, resolve issues, and contribute to local market growth.
Qualifications

Demonstrated ability in direct sales, including lead generation, client outreach, and closing deals.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
Basic proficiency in using productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM or sales tracking software).
Good organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple customers and priorities.
Self-motivated, target-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.
Ability to work in office in Bhadrak and visit customers in the surrounding area as needed.
Prior experience in field sales or customer-facing roles is preferred but not strictly required.
