RPO Recruiter – IT & Non-IT Recruitment

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced RPO Recruiter with strong knowledge of both IT and Non-IT recruitment. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and submitting qualified candidates based on client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
Understand client requirements, JDs, skills, and hiring priorities.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, resume databases, referrals, and Boolean/X-Ray searches.
Screen candidates based on skills, experience, location, work authorization, and compensation.
Conduct initial phone/video interviews and candidate assessments.
Present qualified candidates to clients/hiring managers.
Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, feedback, and offers.
Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS/CRM.
Meet daily/weekly submission and placement targets.
Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline.
Work closely with clients and internal recruitment teams.




Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in RPO or staffing.
Strong understanding of both IT and Non-IT hiring.
Experience with U.S. recruitment is preferred.
Strong sourcing and Boolean search skills.
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder,
