Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Teacher role based in Vijayawada. The Teacher will plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum and educational standards, using a variety of teaching methods to support different learning styles. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson materials, teaching classes, assessing student progress, and maintaining accurate records. The role involves providing regular feedback to students and families, participating in staff meetings,



coordinating with colleagues on academic activities, and contributing to school events and co-curricular programs. The Teacher is also expected to create a safe, inclusive classroom workplace and support students’ social and emotional development.
Qualifications

Strong foundation in Education and Teaching, with the ability to apply pedagogical best practices in classroom settings.
Proficiency in Lesson Planning, including designing structured, age-appropriate, and curriculum-aligned learning activities.
Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with students, families, and colleagues.
Experience in Training or mentoring learners, and supporting diverse learning needs.
Relevant bachelor’s degree in Education or subject specialization; a teaching certification or diploma is preferred.
Ability to manage classrooms effectively and maintain a positive, inclusive learning environment.
