Job Summary
We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Ecommerce Manager to drive online sales and growth for diaper and hygiene product category. The role involves managing marketplace operations, driving revenue through digital channels, and optimizing product performance across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and D2C websites.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end ecommerce operations across marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, FirstCry, Nykaa, and D2C platforms.
Drive online sales revenue, achieve monthly/quarterly targets, and ensure profitability of the category.
Plan and execute growth strategies including promotions, campaigns, and pricing optimization.
Handle product listings, cataloging, content optimization, and keyword strategy to improve visibility and conversions.
Monitor and improve key performance metrics such as traffic, conversion rate, ROI, and sales growth.
Manage inventory planning, stock availability,



and coordination with supply chain teams.
Analyze competitor activity, pricing trends, and market insights to drive actionable strategies.
Work closely with marketing teams for digital campaigns, ads, and performance marketing initiatives.
Manage relationships with marketplace account managers and external partners.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and business insights for management review.

Key Requirements
6–10 years of experience in Ecommerce / Online Sales, preferably in diapers, hygiene, baby care, or personal care products.
Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart, and other ecommerce platforms.
Proven track record of driving online revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
Good understanding of digital marketing, performance marketing, and marketplace algorithms.
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and take business decisions.
