Role Description The Junior Engineer role is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. In this role, the Junior Engineer supports the design, analysis, and documentation of structural parts and sub-assemblies for aircraft. Daily responsibilities may include assisting with CAD modeling and drawing preparation, reviewing technical specifications, coordinating with production teams, and helping resolve engineering issues on the shop floor. The Junior Engineer contributes to quality checks,



ensures adherence to aerospace standards, and updates technical reports and records. The role involves close collaboration with senior engineers, participation in design reviews, and continuous learning in aerospace engineering practices.
Qualifications
Fundamental knowledge of mechanical or aerospace engineering principles, especially related to aircraft structures and materials.
Experience or coursework in CAD tools (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks, or similar) for modeling parts and creating engineering drawings.
Understanding of basic manufacturing processes such as machining, forming, and assembly, and interest in production engineering.
Ability to interpret technical specifications, engineering documents, and industry standards relevant to aerospace components.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and focus on quality and safety.
