We are a training and placement company hiring for clients.
Responsibilites:
Prepare sales pro-forma invoices, in line with dispatched quantities and agreed pricing
Share details for invoicing.
Reconcile customer accounts, monitor outstanding balances, and follow up on overdue payments
Weekly collection summary reports.
Process credit notes for returns, short shipments, or quality claims
Maintain accurate debtors' ledger and assist with monthly statements of account
Support VAT and other statutory documentation related to sales transactions
Share fiscalized invoices to all customers.
Perform monthly balance reconciliations with all credit buyers.
Job Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh
Job Type: In office/Work from Office only
Monthly Salary: Upto Rs. 40,000/-
Experience: Minimum 2-years in Accounting field
