Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Manager role based in India. The Sales Manager will oversee regional and national sales operations, develop and implement sales strategies,



and build strong relationships with distributors, corporate clients, and institutional buyers in the electrical and industrial sectors. Daily responsibilities include managing a sales team, setting targets, monitoring performance, preparing sales forecasts and reports, and coordinating with production and logistics to ensure timely delivery. The role also involves identifying new markets, conducting competitor and market analysis, participating in industry events, and collaborating with marketing to support promotional campaigns. The Sales Manager is expected to maintain high standards of customer service, uphold Eriston’s quality and brand reputation, and contribute to sustainable business growth.
