- Conduct user research with school teachers, students, and partner admins to understand pain points in using the LMS, coding tools, or AI kit instructions.

- Develop user personas for different stakeholders: primary students, high school coders, non -technical teachers, and school administrators.

- Design user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to improve navigation, engagement, and learning outcomes on the LMS and mobile platforms.

- Identify UX gaps in tools like AI Code Editor, Robotics Simulations, and Quiz/Game Modules — and recommend improvements.

- Run usability testing sessions (remote or on -site) with schools using Cyber Square platforms and iterate based on insights.

- Work closely with UI designers to ensure that the visual design matches the intended experience.





- Collaborate with product managers and the curriculum team to align UX decisions with learning goals and pedagogical frameworks.

- Ensure UX continuity across different modules: coding labs, training dashboards, support/help sections, and certificate systems.
