Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end US IT and Engineering recruitment activities.
- Source candidates through job portals and various online sourcing techniques.
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical requirements.
- Reach out to potential candidates in the US through extensive calling.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet hiring timelines and client expectations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies and technical concepts.
- Strong learning attitude and interest in building a career in US IT Recruitment.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven mindset.
- Comfortable working in night shifts (EST Shift).
Eligibility Criteria
Freshers and 2025 pass-outs with up to 6 months of experience in US Staffing or Bench Sales are eligible.
