Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and streamline day-to-day business operations.
• Resolve logistics & ecommerce queries efficiently.
• Track operational KPIs and identify process gaps.
Requirements:
• Experience in operations within a logistics, Ecommerce setup.
• Hands-on experience with shipping aggregators like Shiprocket or similar courior platforms.
• Proficiency in operations tools ( advanced excel, google sheets, Vlookup).
(analytical tools such as powerBI are a plus point).
