Role Description The Chief of Staff will work closely with the leadership team to drive strategic initiatives, streamline operations, and ensure effective execution across business functions. This full time, on-site position based in Noida involves managing cross-functional projects, preparing and reviewing reports and presentations,



and supporting decision-making with data-driven insights. The role includes coordinating leadership meetings, tracking action items, and maintaining alignment among product, manufacturing, sales, and design teams. The Chief of Staff will also help prioritize the leadership agenda, improve internal communication, and identify process improvements to support scalability and efficiency. In addition, the role may involve stakeholder management with key clients and partners, and support for special initiatives in product development and brand growth.
Qualifications
Strong strategic planning and business analysis skills, with the ability to translate vision into measurable projects and outcomes.
Project and program management capabilities, including experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
