Location: Ghatkopar, Mumbai
Experience: Fresher to 2 years
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Working Days: 6 days a week
Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

We’re looking for a Junior Accounts Receivable Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Follow up with clients for pending payments and outstanding invoices
Coordinate with clients for pending POs and invoice processing
Track accounts receivable and ageing reports
Regularly connect with clients to understand payment status and expected payment dates
Coordinate with Sales, Accounts and Operations teams
Ensure invoices are submitted to clients on time
Follow up on payment delays and invoice-related queries
Maintain accurate records of pending payments, POs and invoices
Share regular updates on collections and outstanding amounts
What We’re Looking For




Fresher or 0–2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable / Collections / Finance
Valuable communication and follow-up skills
Comfortable speaking with clients over calls and email
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
Good attention to detail
Persistent, organised and willing to take ownership
Work Structure
6 working days a week
Monday–Friday: Work from Office
2 Saturdays: Work From Home
2 Saturdays: Work From Office
Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
