Role Description The Social Media Marketing and Management Intern will support the planning, creation, and publishing of content across social media platforms to increase brand awareness and audience engagement. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with content calendars, drafting posts, coordinating assets (images, short videos, and copy), and monitoring social channels for comments and messages.



The intern will help track performance metrics, prepare basic reports, and recommend improvements based on analytics. Collaboration with marketing and design team members to align social media campaigns with broader marketing efforts is expected. This is an in office internship role located in the Greater Bengaluru Area.
Qualifications
Ability to plan and manage social media content calendars, schedule posts, and maintain consistent brand voice across platforms.
Basic skills in creating engaging written, image, and short-form video content for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and Facebook.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret key metrics (reach, engagement, clicks) to inform campaigns.
Interest in digital marketing concepts, including audience targeting, brand positioning, and community management.
