Role Description The Personal Assistant to Director is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The role involves managing the Director’s daily schedule,



coordinating meetings, maintaining calendars, and organizing travel and logistics. The Personal Assistant will handle correspondence, prepare documents and presentations, manage calls and emails, and ensure timely follow-up on action items. The position includes general administrative support such as filing, record keeping, and data entry, as well as liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to support the Director’s operational and strategic priorities. This role requires discretion, reliability, and the ability to anticipate needs and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Qualifications
