Job Purpose

The Dy Manager / Manager – Total Rewards will lead the design, implementation, and governance of compensation, benefits, rewards, and performance management programs. The role will ensure that reward strategies are aligned with business objectives, market competitiveness, internal equity, employee engagement, and regulatory compliance.

Key ResponsibilitiesCompensation & Benefits

Lead compensation benchmarking and salary structure reviews to maintain market competitiveness.
Drive annual compensation processes including merit increases, promotions, bonus payouts, and salary corrections.
Develop and implement short-term and long-term incentive programs.
Support workforce planning through compensation fitment for recent hires, internal movements, and critical talent retention.
Manage employee benefits programs including insurance, wellness initiatives, retirement schemes, and other employee offerings.
Ensure compliance with compensation policies, taxation requirements, and governance frameworks.

Performance Management

Lead the end-to-end performance management cycle.




Drive goal-setting, KPI alignment, performance reviews, and calibration processes.
Partner with business leaders to enhance a high-performance culture.
Monitor appraisal timelines and ensure process compliance across businesses.

Rewards Strategy & Analytics

Conduct compensation and benefits analytics to provide actionable insights.
Prepare leadership dashboards, compensation reports, and reward recommendations.
Participate in compensation surveys and benchmarking exercises.
Support the design of recognition and retention programs.

Policies & Governance

Develop and review compensation, benefits, and rewards policies.
Ensure adherence to internal controls, compensation guidelines, and statutory requirements.
Maintain accuracy of employee compensation data within HR systems.
Support audits and governance reviews related to rewards practices.
