The Role
We're looking for a Technical Account Manager to be the technical point of contact for our merchants and own their experience on xPay.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys understanding how products and integrations work, solving technical problems, and working closely with Tech and Product teams to get things done.
You'll work closely with merchants throughout their journey on xPay — from troubleshooting integrations and payment issues to identifying recurring problems, driving resolutions internally, and helping merchants get the most out of our platform.
What You'll Do
Own technical queries from merchants end-to-end across email, chat, and calls, ensuring issues are investigated and resolved quickly
Support merchants with API integrations, payment flows, technical troubleshooting, and product-related issues
Work closely with Tech, Product, Finance, and Operations teams to investigate complex issues and drive them to resolution
