We operate as a partner-first firm, co-selling with ServiceNow and strategic GSIs to deliver rapid, high-impact transformation.
The Role
We are looking for a Servicenow growth and alliance to own new logo acquisition and account expansion in North America. This is a hunter role for someone who can originate C-suite conversations, sell advisory-led engagements, and co-sell through the ServiceNow ecosystem. You will carry a quota, build pipeline from silence, and position TechSnitch as the go-to specialist for complex ServiceNow advisory and implementation.
This is not a farming role. You will open doors, not inherit them.
What You'll Do
Hunt & Originate
• Build a robust pipeline of net-current enterprise logos in North America from absolute zero.




• Secure first meetings with CIOs, CISOs, Chief Risk Officers, and Heads of Enterprise Architecture — remotely and in person.
• Develop territory plans, account strategies, and multi-threaded stakeholder maps for Fortune 1000 targets.
Advisory-First Selling
• Lead with high-margin advisory and assessment engagements to establish credibility, then expand into platform implementation and managed services.
• Articulate ROI for GRC, Risk, ITOM, and AI use cases without leaning on implementation pricing.
• Sell TechSnitch's commercial model confidently: POC with no advance payment; client pays only if they don't proceed with full implementation.
Ecosystem Co-Sell
• Partner with ServiceNow account teams, channel partners, and GSI alliances to penetrate target accounts.
• Position TechSnitch as the specialist that makes ServiceNow AEs and alliance partners look good — not competitive.
