Overview:
Financial Operations & Accounting
Month-End & Year-End Closing:
Lead and execute the monthly and annual financial closing processes within strict deadlines.
Journal Entries (JE): Prepare and post accurate journal entries in accordance with accounting standards in SAP.
Accruals & Prepayments: Calculate and record monthly expense accruals, amortizations, and prepaid expenses to ensure proper matching of revenues and costs.
Reconciliation & Compliance
Account Reconciliations: Perform comprehensive monthly balance sheet reconciliations and intercompany accounts reconciliations to resolve discrepancies promptly.
Taxation & Compliance: Manage local tax compliance, including corporate tax, withholding taxes, and GST filing applicable to ITES industry.
Audit Support: Assist in preparing schedules and documentation for internal and external auditors.
Systems & Reporting
SAP Utilization: Leverage SAP modules extensively to process transactions, extract data, and optimize financial workflows.
