Role Description The Assembly Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based at the Ahmedabad facility. This position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day assembly operations, including planning workloads, assigning tasks, and monitoring production targets. The supervisor ensures that assembly processes meet quality and safety standards, troubleshoots issues on the shop floor, and collaborates with production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime.



The role includes training and guiding assembly technicians, maintaining documentation, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing and process efficiency. The Assembly Supervisor is expected to maintain clear communication, provide regular status updates, and help foster a culture of accountability and high performance.
