Role Description The Operational Specialist is a full-time, in office position based in Visakhapatnam. This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day operations, including monitoring process performance, identifying inefficiencies, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to implement improvements. The Operational Specialist will assist in planning and executing operational and sales-related activities, tracking KPIs,



preparing reports, and ensuring adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements. The role involves close collaboration with project managers, operations leaders, and sales teams to align operational workflows with business objectives and customer commitments. The position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, hands-on involvement in continuous improvement initiatives, and clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
