Role Description The Automotive Service Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at the Ford Car Dealership location in Guwahati. This role oversees the daily operations of the service department, including scheduling and managing repair and maintenance work, supervising service advisors and technicians, and ensuring efficient workflow. The Service Manager is responsible for maintaining high standards of service quality, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with safety and manufacturer guidelines.
