Role Description This full time, on-site Sales Executive role is based in Kolkata. The Sales Executive will engage directly with customers in the showroom, explaining product features, benefits, and the value of lab-grown diamonds and gold jewelry. Responsibilities include welcoming and consulting customers, identifying their needs, presenting suitable pieces, and closing sales while maintaining a high level of service. The role involves managing customer inquiries, handling billing and documentation,



maintaining visual merchandising standards, and updating inventory records. The Sales Executive will also support promotional activities, follow up with prospects and existing customers, and collaborate with the team to meet individual and store sales targets.
Qualifications
Strong sales and customer service skills, with experience in retail or jewelry sales preferred.
Ability to explain product features clearly, including lab-grown diamonds and gold quality, and guide customers in making informed choices.
