Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Network Operations Center (NOC) Expert role based in New Delhi. The NOC Expert will monitor voice and data network performance, track alarms and incidents, and ensure high availability of Voice, VoIP, SIP Trunk, DID, and related services. Responsibilities include troubleshooting network issues, coordinating with carriers and vendors, managing routing changes, and optimizing network configurations for quality and cost efficiency.



The role involves handling tickets, documenting incidents, performing root-cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence. The NOC Expert will also support capacity planning, participate in network upgrades, and collaborate with operations and technical teams to maintain service-level commitments.
Qualifications
Solid understanding of telecom networks, including Voice, VoIP, SIP Trunk, DID, CLI, and international A–Z voice routing.
Hands-on experience with NOC operations, network monitoring tools, incident management systems, and alarm handling.
Proficiency in troubleshooting network issues, analyzing call quality metrics, and optimizing routing and configurations.
Knowledge of carrier interconnect processes, call center telecom solutions, and global voice termination practices.
