Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
Ensure day-to-day availability and stability of IAM applications
Monitor production systems and proactively identify issues
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents within agreed SLAs
Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventive actions
Execute production deployments, configuration changes, and application releases
Monitor application health, scheduled jobs, and system performance
Support maintenance activities, patching, and platform upgrades
Coordinate with Infrastructure, Database, Middleware, Network, and Security teams during incidents
Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles
Participate in on-call support and major incident management
Contributing Responsibilities
Contribute to automation of repetitive operational activities
Support problem management by identifying recurring issues and improvement opportunities
Collaborate with development teams on production defect analysis and resolution
Participate in release planning, deployment readine
