Role Description The Associate Lead role at Shadowfax is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The Associate Lead will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring timely and accurate execution of logistics processes and service-level commitments.



This role involves coordinating with delivery partners and internal teams, monitoring performance metrics, and resolving operational issues to maintain high standards of reliability and customer satisfaction. The Associate Lead will help implement process improvements, support the rollout of technology-driven solutions, and ensure adherence to safety and compliance guidelines. The position also includes reporting on operational performance, supporting team training and development, and collaborating with management to drive continuous improvement in local operations.
