Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Thane. The Sales Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with customers, and promote Chavan Group’s services to meet and exceed sales targets. Responsibilities include conducting client meetings, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle. The role also involves tracking leads, updating sales reports, collaborating with internal teams to ensure quality service delivery,



and providing feedback from the market to support business growth.
Qualifications

Proven sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and closing deals.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities to interact effectively with diverse customers and stakeholders.
Solid customer service mindset, with the ability to understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Basic proficiency in using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and other sales-related software for reporting and pipeline management.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; relevant work experience in consumer services or a similar industry is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Thane, manage time effectively, and handle multiple opportunities in a fast-paced setting.
Comfortable with field visits within the region and adaptable to changing market conditions.
