Role Description The Company Secretary and Compliance Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing corporate governance and regulatory compliance for Panyam Cements and Mineral Industries Ltd.



Day-to-day tasks include organizing and recording board and shareholder meetings, maintaining statutory registers and corporate records, and ensuring timely filings with regulatory authorities. The role involves advising the board and senior management on company law, securities regulations, and corporate governance standards, and drafting, reviewing, and updating policies, charters, and internal compliance frameworks. The Company Secretary and Compliance Officer will coordinate with auditors, legal advisors, and regulatory bodies, manage disclosures and reporting obligations, and support transactions such as share issuances, restructurings, or corporate approvals. The position also requires monitoring changes in applicable laws, conducting compliance risk assessments, and promoting an ethical, transparent governance culture across the organization.
