HIGH TICKET SALES CLOSER | REMOTE | QUALIFIED INBOUND LEADS | UP TO 20% COMMISSION
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a sharp, confident and highly motivated Remote High Ticket Sales Closer to join our sales team.
This is a pure inbound closing role. No cold calling. No prospecting. No outreach.
Our marketing team generates the leads and our process filters them before they reach you. Your job is to qualify the chance, conduct the discovery call, understand the prospect's needs, handle objections and close the deal.

COMPENSATION
UP TO 20% ONE-TIME COMMISSION PER CLOSED DEAL

Our typical ticket size is ₹1L to ₹2L per deal.
Commission is paid in two parts:
• 10% when the client's payment is received.
• An additional 10% once the client completes 3 months.
Example: A ₹2L deal = ₹40,000 total commission.
There is no ceiling on your earning potential.

HOW OUR SALES PROCESS WORKS
Our marketing team generates approximately 20-30 inbound leads per day.
Only relevant prospects are shortlisted based on automation for the sales team.



You will typically receive around 2 to 3 qualified opportunities per day.
Your process:
Inbound Lead → Initial Qualification (Automated) → Double Qualification → Discovery → Pitch → Objection Handling → Closing
The double qualification is a 2-5-minute short call. Qualified prospects then move to a detailed discovery and sales call, which can be up to 2 hours.
You will NOT be responsible for generating leads.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Handle qualified inbound sales opportunities.
Conduct qualification and discovery calls.
Understand the prospect's business, pain points and goals.
Present and pitch our services.
Handle objections around pricing, trust, timing and competition.
Close deals and follow up where required.
Maintain accurate CRM records and track your performance.
Provide feedback on lead quality to the sales and marketing teams.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
2+ years of experience in high ticket sales, B2B sales or inbound closing.
