Role Description This is a full-time, in office Engineer role based in Dehri. The Engineer will oversee the design, development, and optimization of insulator manufacturing processes, ensuring products meet technical specifications and quality standards. Daily tasks include monitoring production lines, troubleshooting equipment and process issues, coordinating with production and quality teams, and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and safety. The role also involves maintaining documentation,



supporting preventive maintenance activities, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives aligned with company goals.
Qualifications

Strong foundation in engineering principles relevant to manufacturing and electrical components (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering).
Experience with production process monitoring, quality control practices, and basic troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and standards related to electrical insulators or similar industrial products.
Proficiency in using common engineering tools and software for data analysis, reporting, and process documentation.
Effective communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills in a factory or plant environment.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in an engineering discipline, or equivalent practical experience in manufacturing.
