We are growing our presence in the US market and are looking for an experienced Business Development skilled to drive new business and help scale our US sales function.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building and growing a business. You will initially take a hands-on role in prospecting, developing and closing new business, with the opportunity to build and lead a team of BD executives and SDRs as the US operation grows.

Role Description:

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing new business across the US, building relationships with business owners and senior decision-makers, and taking opportunities through the sales cycle.

You will help shape our US go-to-market approach, identify the right sectors and target accounts, develop a strong pipeline and convert opportunities into long-term client relationships.





The role is suited to a commercially driven B2B sales professional who understands consultative selling, is comfortable engaging senior decision-makers and enjoys taking ownership in an entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute business development strategies targeting the US market.
Identify and engage prospective clients, particularly accounting firms, CPA firms, escrow and settlement companies, title companies and other professional services businesses.
Generate and develop opportunities through outbound prospecting, LinkedIn, email, networking, calling and other relevant channels.
Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle, from initial engagement through to closing.
Understand client requirements and position Exovance’s services and solutions accordingly.
Build and maintain a strong, qualified sales pipeline and accurate CRM records.
