Role Description The Business Development Specialist is a full time remote role responsible for identifying, developing, and nurturing new business opportunities for Driscoll Associates. Day-to-day activities include researching target markets and industries, generating qualified leads,



and initiating contact with prospective clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings. The specialist will engage prospects to understand their operational and ERP challenges, clearly communicate Driscoll Associates’ value proposition, and coordinate discovery conversations with internal consultants. This role will also manage and update CRM records, track pipeline activity, prepare proposals and presentations, and support the creation of sales and marketing materials. Collaboration with consulting and marketing teams is essential to refine messaging, gather client feedback, and help drive continuous improvement in business development efforts.
