Role Description The Owner role is a full time, on-site position based in the Greater Hyderabad Area, responsible for the overall leadership, direction, and performance of Kyungshin Industrial Motherson Pvt. Ltd. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting business strategy, overseeing operations, production, and quality standards, and ensuring compliance with legal, financial, and safety requirements. The Owner will manage key stakeholder relationships, including customers, suppliers, partners, and financial institutions, and will guide senior managers in achieving operational and financial targets. This role involves making investment decisions, monitoring budgets and cash flow, and identifying new business opportunities and markets. The Owner is also expected to foster a positive workplace culture, support talent development, and champion continuous improvement and innovation across the organization.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in leading and managing an industrial or manufacturing business, including oversight of operations, finance, and strategy.




Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret financial statements, manage budgets, and drive profitability and sustainable growth.
Proficiency in organizational leadership, including team management, performance oversight, and talent development.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, quality systems, and health, safety, and environmental compliance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with customers, suppliers, partners, and internal teams.
Proven capability in decision-making, problem-solving, and risk management in a dynamic business environment.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience at senior leadership or ownership level in the Greater Hyderabad Area or similar industrial region is an advantage.
