Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Architect to join our technical architecture team. This role offers the opportunity to support the planning, design, and delivery of commercial, residential, infrastructure, transportation, and mixed-use projects while collaborating with experienced architects and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Support the development of architectural designs and project documentation.
Assist in preparing concept, schematic, and detailed design drawings.
Develop BIM/CAD models, presentations, and design reports.
Participate in design reviews, coordination meetings, and workshops.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated design solutions.
Assist with Architectural compliance review.

Essential

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture.
Robust design, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design tools.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
Robust understanding of Building Codes

Desirable





Project experience in architectural design.
Familiarity with BIM workflows and visualization tools.
Knowledge of sustainable design principles and building regulations.
